- In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent. Add ground beef; cook and stir until crumbled and no longer pink. Add bell peppers and steak seasoning; cook and stir 5 minutes or until peppers soften.
- Stir in tomato sauce, barbecue sauce and vinegar. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta al dente according to package directions; drain. Add pasta to skillet, mixing well to coat with sauce.
- Spoon pasta into 6 soup bowls or plates. Sprinkle with cheese, bacon and diced tomato, and serve.
