- Preheat oven to 300°F. For glazed pecans, in a large bowl combine egg white, maple syrup, sugar and salt. Stir in pecans, tossing to coat. Spread pecans on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned, stirring once. Remove from oven. Stir pecans to release from foil; set aside.
- In a large salad bowl toss together sliced pears and greens. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with glazed pecans. Top with fresh raspberries (if desired), and serve.
