- For the pork: Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a roasting pan with foil and coat foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place pork in pan. In a small bowl combine brown sugar, five-spice powder, cayenne and black pepper. Rub on pork.
- In another small bowl combine hoisin sauce, orange juice and oil. Set aside.
- Place pan in oven. Roast 20 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer registers 160°F, turning occasionally. Brush pork with hoisin mixture several times during roasting. Remove pork from oven and let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
- Meanwhile, for the slaw: In a large bowl combine carrots and cabbage. Add vinegar, ginger and oil; toss to coat. Season to taste with freshly ground pepper. Sprinkle with green onions. Thinly slice pork, and serve with slaw.
