First, make sure you are logged into your online Family Fare account. Browse our website and add your favorite items to your cart! Once you have finished building your online cart, click the checkout button. Choose your pick-up or delivery day and time, then enter any promo codes and your payment method. That’s it!

Not at all! After your first three orders are shopped for free (no promo code required) you can either pay a “per trip” shop fee or subscribe for unlimited orders shopped just for you. Fees for pick up vary by store, see your individual store for details. *Subscription fees are for shopping fees only.

No! You pay the same prices in store as you do in The Fast Lane. All prices are the same! Even all the benefits of your yes account are applied at check out. Including clubs, rewards, digital coupons and fuel discount coupons!

During the checkout process we will ask you if you would like to allow for substitutions. Our goal is to never be out of stock on any item. If an item is out of stock we will make an appropriate substitution if available. We will NEVER charge you more than the original price of the product you selected, that is our promise.

Yes, and you can even shop directly from the ad! Select Weekly Ad on the navigation bar or click here to view the weekly ad. From here you can flip through each ad page and view all the weekly deals. When you find an item you want, click on the item, and click add to basket. This creates a list of all your desired items, and you can use it to checkout online or print it off to shop in-store.   

When you order ahead your items are selected as soon as you order.  That means you’re first in line for sales and getting the items you want.  Once your items are selected, they are stored in temperature-controlled areas to keep them at their peak freshness.  

Our trained personal shoppers carefully handpick each item, selecting only the best available products, including the freshest produce and finest cuts of meats. If you aren’t happy with any item, we will gladly replace it and refund your money. That’s our 200% Freshness Guarantee!

Credit Card is the only method of payment at this time. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We temporarily authorize your card for the higher of $5 or 10% of the item total.  It helps account for charges like bottle deposit, final sales tax and items sold by weight.  As soon as your order is complete, we charge your card for exactly what was in  your final order.
