Participate in a variety of physical activities to give your body the most benefit:
- Strength Training, such as lifting weights
- Aerobic Activity, such as bicycling, jumping rope, or jogging
Aim for being physically active 30 minutes for five days each week!
The best time to exercise is when you have time! Ten minutes three times each day or 30 minutes once per day count!
