Enjoy free drop-off to GRSC on Tuesdays and Thursdays when you order before 10 am. Ordering couldn’t be easier. Simply follow the steps below and receive your groceries straight to the office. No more grocery store trips after work because we’ll do the shopping for you!

*Pick up only available from Family Fare Metro Health location. Must place order before 10 am to receive same-day pick up on Tuesday or Thursday.


Step 1

Login with your associate Rewards card.*

Step 2

Select Family Fare Metro Health as your store and shop all your favorite items!

Step 3

At checkout, you will see an option for pick-up, delivery, and GRSC drop-off. Select GRSC drop-off.

Step 4

Select Tuesday or Thursday as your desired drop-off day. Your drop-off time will default to 3:37 pm to 5:00 pm on either day.

Step 5

Pick up your order in the hallway next to GRSC Starbucks. Your items will be labeled, bagged, and placed on the designated pick up shelves or in the cooler/freezer.

You will receive all Rewards program benefits that you would receive in store. Your Personal Shopper will provide you with a receipt so you can track your savings!

You will earn Fuel Rewards just like you would shopping in the store. These Rewards can be redeemed at any of our Quick Stop locations or participating fuel centers.

Credit Card is the only method of payment at this time.  We temporarily authorize your card for the higher of $5 or 10% of the item total.  It helps account for charges like bottle deposit, final sales tax and items sold by weight.  As soon as your order is complete, we charge your card for exactly what was in  your final order. 

Our stores are total service markets, which means we should never expect tips and we should not personally ask our customers for a tip. However, if you would like to show our store teams appreciation and offer a tip, this can be done during checkout when submitting your order online or offered to our teams at the time of pickup or delivery via cash.

During the checkout process we will ask you if you would like to allow for substitutions. Our goal is to never be out of stock on any item. If an item is out of stock we will make an appropriate substitution if available. We will NEVER charge you more than the original price of the product you selected, that is our promise.
