With the end of summer coming right around the corner, it's important to make the most of your free time and spend it with those you care about. We think picnics are an excellent way to get outdoors, spend time with friends and family and enjoy great food. But picnics can be good for you, too! Make the most of your day by prepping ahead fresh vegetables as much as possible for great energy. Use creamy avocado instead of mayo in your recipes and don't forget about crisp and refreshing beverages to pair with your food! We like infused waters, berry spritzers and mixed lemonades with our picnics.
