- In a small sauce pan heat 15 oz. of butter over low heat. Immerse lobster tails, cover and poach for about 15 minutes. Until the shell turns red and the meat is cooked through; reserve butter for dipping.
- While the lobster tail is poaching, season New York strip steak or T-Bone steak with your favorite steak seasoning and place onto a hot grill. Once grilled to desired doneness, cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 3 to 5 minutes.
- While the steak is resting, remove lobster tail from shell while still warm and serve with steak immediately.
