GLUTEN FREE VERSION: Substitute the macaroni noodles out with a gluten free variety. Also, read labels closely. Ground beef, BBQ sauce, mushroom, sour cream and provolone cheese may contain gluten. VEGETARIAN VERSION: Omit the ground beef and substitute 1 pound of chopped portabella mushrooms.
Directions
- Cook the macaroni until tender, and drain.
- Cook the beef and onion in a skillet until beef is fully browned and onion is soft. Add the pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Stir in the BBQ, sour cream, mushroom soup, and cheese and mix!
