Philly Cheese Steak Casserole

GLUTEN FREE VERSION: Substitute the macaroni noodles out with a gluten free variety. Also, read labels closely. Ground beef, BBQ sauce, mushroom, sour cream and provolone cheese may contain gluten. VEGETARIAN VERSION: Omit the ground beef and substitute 1 pound of chopped portabella mushrooms.


  • 2 cups uncooked Macaroni
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mushroom Soup
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Provolone Cheese


  1. Cook the macaroni until tender, and drain.
  2. Cook the beef and onion in a skillet until beef is fully browned and onion is soft. Add the pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the BBQ, sour cream, mushroom soup, and cheese and mix!
