Open Acres Rotisserie Chicken Salad

  • 2 cups shredded or chopped Open Acres rotisserie chicken
  • 1 tsp. Our Family Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup Our Family Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Our Family mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup diced purple onion
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin

  1. To make the salad, mix Open Acres rotisserie chicken to a bowl with the Our Family mayonnaise, Our Family Greek yogurt and Dijon mustard. Add in the chia seeds, dried cherries, diced purple onion, and red bell pepper. Mix in dill weed and cumin. Stir thoroughly. Add mixture to a sandwich or wrap and top on a plate of greens.
