One-Pan Baked Chicken with Carrots & Potatoes

  • 1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) new potatoes
  • 6 carrots (1 lb./450 g), sliced
  • 1 whole chicken (3 lb./1.4 kg), cut into 8 pieces

  1. Heat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Mix dressing and syrup until blended. Combine potatoes and carrots in large bowl.
  3. Add dressing mixture; toss until vegetables are evenly coated.
  4. Use slotted spoon to transfer vegetables to 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray, reserving dressing mixture in bowl.
  5. Add chicken to reserved dressing; toss until evenly coated. Add to pan with potatoes.
  6. Bake 1 hour or until chicken is done (165ºF). Serve with vegetables.
