- Heat oven to 375ºF.
- Mix dressing and syrup until blended. Combine potatoes and carrots in large bowl.
- Add dressing mixture; toss until vegetables are evenly coated.
- Use slotted spoon to transfer vegetables to 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray, reserving dressing mixture in bowl.
- Add chicken to reserved dressing; toss until evenly coated. Add to pan with potatoes.
- Bake 1 hour or until chicken is done (165ºF). Serve with vegetables.
