Avocado Cottage Cheese Dip
- Cut up each avocado by slicing in half and removing the pit. Using a knife, make cuts through each half horizontally and vertically, making a criss-cross pattern. With a spoon, scoop out each half and discard the peel. Chop the onion.
- In a large bowl, combine avocado, onion, 2 cups Dean's Country Fresh cottage cheese, diced tomatoes (drained), one pack Our Family taco seasoning, and the juice of 1 lemon. Stir with a fork until blended. Add red pepper flakes to taste. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
