Summary: 8th Avenue Food & Provisions, in cooperation with SpartanNash, is voluntarily withdrawing select lots of Our Family Fettuccine Pasta due to a mispack issue where product labeled as fettuccine pasta may contain spaghetti pasta. Please note that this is not a food safety issue, and the product is safe to consume; however, it is not packaged to the typical high-quality standards of SpartanNash. Mispacked product found at stores and retail locations may either be destroyed or donated.
