Summary: Out of an abundance of caution, Serenity Kids Inc. of Austin, Texas, is requesting two lots of Grass Fed Beef with Organic Kale & Sweet Potato be withdrawn from sale due to a seal adhesion defect that is causing bloating in a small percentage of the pouches. Bloated pouches are often an indication of spoilage, so consumption of the product is not recommended.
