Summary: Amy’s Kitchen has initiated a voluntary Class II recall for three lots of the Enchilada Verde Whole Meal (single serving), which contains a cheese sourced from Rizo-López Foods, Inc. This recall is based on a recall notice issued by Rizo-Lopez notifying Amy’s Kitchen of the possible presence of Listeria monocytogenes in the cheese used to produce the Enchilada Verde Whole Meal.
