- For chimichurri, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt and cayenne pepper in small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat grill to direct medium-high heat. Sprinkle steaks evenly with garlic pepper. Spray bell peppers lightly with nonstick cooking spray on skin side, if desired. Place steaks on grill. Grill, covered, 4 to 7 minutes per side to desired doneness
- Meanwhile, grill red bell peppers, skin side down, 5 to 10 minutes or until tender.
- Cut peppers into strips. Serve steak and peppers with reserved chimichurri
