- Preheat grill to medium (300Â°F to 350Â°F). In a small bowl stir together 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, onion salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper and 1/8 teaspoon cayenne. Place each ear of corn on a sheet of foil 6 inches wider and 4 inches longer than the cob.
- Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly on corn; add 1 tablespoon water. Fold foil to enclose corn; crimp edges to seal, leaving room for expansion.
- Grill corn, covered, 20 minutes, turning once. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine butter and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper and 1/8 teaspoon cayenne.
- Remove foil packets from grill; remove corn from packets. Place corn on grill; brush lightly with seasoned butter. Grill, covered, 15 to 25 minutes or until tender; turn once or twice, and brush with any remaining butter. Remove from grill and serve.
