Ingredients

  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/3 cups granular no-calorie sugar substitute
  • 3 to 4 ripe medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 (20-oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
  • 1 (16-oz.) pkg. frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 15 maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

  1. For crust, in a large bowl combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking pan; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl beat together cream cheese and softened butter with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Gradually add sweetener; beat about 5 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Spread over crust in baking pan. Arrange banana slices in a single layer over cream cheese mixture; top evenly with pineapple. Spread whipped topping over pineapple. Top with cherries, strawberries and pecans. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares, and serve.
