Green Bean Casserole

Traditions last for a reason! Nothing says you are home, like a warm side of green bean casserole. Just like grandma makes!

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pound cut fresh green beans, cooked and drained
  • 2 tablespoons french fried onions
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix the soup, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper, and green beans in a casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 350° F for 25 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the bean mixture.
  3. Top with the onions.
  4. Bake another 5 minutes until the onions are golden brown, being careful not to burn them.
