- Preheat oven to 400°F. Let piecrust stand at room temperature 15 minutes. Line a 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet with foil. Unroll crust onto pan.
- Sprinkle cheese, Italian seasoning and rosemary on crust up to 1 inch of the edge. Arrange tomato slices on top of cheese. Combine pepper and garlic powder; sprinkle over tomatoes. Fold edges of crust over tomatoes.
- Place pan in oven. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes. Use the foil to transfer the tart to a serving platter. Slice tart, and serve.
