- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and lightly flour a 10-inch tube pan; set aside. In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
- In a large bowl beat butter with an electric mixer on medium speed 30 seconds. Gradually add sweetener, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Alternately add flour mixture and milk, beating after each addition just until combined.
- Divide batter evenly between three bowls. Stir strawberry gelatin into one bowl and berry blue gelatin into another bowl until combined. Pour each batter into prepared pan in three separate sections.
- Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 15 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely. Cut cake into slices and transfer to a serving plate. Top with strawberries and blueberries, and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
