Cinnamon Coffee Cake

  • 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix Yellow cake mix
  • 1-1/3 cups brewed & cooled MAXWELL HOUSE Decaffeinated Coffee
  • 1/3 cup Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar packed Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped Walnuts

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Beat cake mix with coffee, oil and eggs in large bowl with mixer until blended; pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round pans.
  3. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl. Stir in coconut and nuts; sprinkle over cake batter.
  4. Bake 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Remove cakes from pans to wire racks; cool completely.
