- Bake the ham in a roasting pan to collect the drippings. Cover the ham and bake for half the total time.
- In a saucepan over low heat melt the brown sugar and honey for the glaze. Baste the ham with the mixture and continue to cook covered, basting occasionally as it cooks.
- Chef Stu recommends removing the lid for at least 15-20 minutes to get a nice brown crust. Inside temperature should reach 165º F.
