- Cut the avocados in 1/2, remove the pits and set aside for the end.
- Scoop the flesh out of their shells into a large bowl.
- Add the lemon juice, hot sauce, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper and mix with a potato masher.
- Add the tomatoes and saved avocado pits, toss well. Add salt and pepper to taste
- Tip: The Avocado pits will help slow the browning process, keeping your guac a little greener, for a little longer.
