Oven Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 lb total Fresh Broccoli, Cauliflower Florets and Baby Carrots
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 Tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 Tsp pepper

Directions

  1. 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. 2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
  3. 3. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets, if needed. Set aside.
  4. 4. Combine melted butter and all remaining ingredients in bowl. Add vegetables; toss lightly. Spread into single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake 20-30 minutes or until vegetables are browned and tender. Serve immediately.
