Cucumber Hummus Bites

  • 2 fresh cucumbers, cut into 3/4 inch slices for you at the Fresh Divide
  • Optional red pepper, julienne cut for you at the Fresh Divide
  • 8 ounces prepared hummus of your choice
  • Crumbled feta cheese, optional
  • Olive tapenade, optional
  • Cilantro leaves, optional


  1. Scoop out cucumber seeds with a small spoon or melon baller, leaving bottom intact to form a cup.
  2. Fill each cup with hummus and top with feta, olive tapenade, diced red pepper or cilantro as desired.
  3. Serve within 2 hours.
